Order Placement and Shipping Information

Following the placement of your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing relevant information such as your order number, product details, and delivery information.

In Denmark, regular delivery takes 1-4 business days using GLS and DAO. For some drops, expect a delivery time of around 1-2 weeks. If you've ordered both regular items and a drop, they will be delivered together.

Please be aware that the confirmation email is just to let you know we got your order. If you haven't received it within 24 hours or if there's something off about it, please reach out to us at support@truthtrust.dk.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION:

Please note that pre-orders may require approximately 4-5 weeks for production and shipping. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES:

Customers located outside European Union (EU) may be required to pay customs duties and taxes before receiving their parcels. These charges vary and are the responsibility of the recipient. Your parcel will be delivered directly once it has been cleared by your country's customs authority. It's important to remember that the shipping cost contributes to the order value, and your parcel will not be delivered until these charges are settled.

In the event that customers refuse to accept their order, we will apply a 45,00 DKK export fee, and a refund will be processed for the order once we receive the package (excluding the postage amount). Please be aware that the package remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us.

Please note that public holidays, bank holidays, and weekends are not considered working days.
