Refund policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item, specifically for customers within the European Union (EU). Please note that we are unable to process returns for customers located outside the EU.

If you choose to return the package or refuse/ fails to pick it up because you've changed your mind about the purchase, it is still your responsibility to ensure that we receive the package back within the return period, and we will charge a fee of 50,00 DKK to cover the return postage

 

CONDITIONS

  • To be qualified for a refund/exchange, items must be:
  1. in their original condition.
  2. unworn.
  3. unmarked, and with all original tags and stickers intact.
  4. Comes in the same bag/packaging it was sent in.
  • We do not accept returns for items that:
  1. Has a scent of perfume, food, smoke, sweat, etc.
  2. Are not clean, for example with makeup residue, hair, and pet hair.
  3. They lack tags, labels, stickers and have damaged packaging.
  4. They have suffered damage in other ways.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to inspect it, and in the event of any defects, damage, or if you have received an incorrect item, please reach out to us without delay. This will enable us to promptly assess the matter and take appropriate corrective actions.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

There are specific categories of items that are non-returnable, including perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

To get what you want quickly, return the item you have, and after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you as soon as possible of the refund status, whether it has been approved or not. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
