MY ACCOUNT

How can i reset my password?

To reset your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" option during the login process.

Provide the email address associated with your account and click "Send."

Shortly after, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

Once you've received the email, click on the provided link, and you'll be prompted to create a new password.

Please be aware that this email may take a few minutes to arrive and might land in your spam or junk folder.

How can i change/ add a delivery address?

Within your customer account, navigate to the "Your Addresses" section, where you have the option to edit your delivery addresses or include new ones.

You can also specify default delivery addresses, which makes ordering faster and easier.

How do i unsubscribe from the newsletter?

If you wish to stop receiving our newsletter, you can simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link in any email you've received from us.

What currency do you accept?

We accept all currencies. When you make a purchase, your bank will handle the automatic currency conversion from your local currency to Danish Krone (DKK). The product prices are consistently displayed in either Danish Krone (DKK) or Euros (EUR)

SHIPPING

What countries do you ship to?

Right now, we only ship orders to Denmark and Sweden. We are working hard on making it international

What is the shipping cost?

All shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

How can i track my order?

Every order is dispatched with a tracking number. You will receive tracking notifications via text message or email shortly after the shipment has been processed.

You can also use the “TRACK DIN ORDRE” page to check your current order status.

Will i get customs duties on my order?

Our shipments originate from Denmark. That means that all orders within the EU will not be subject to any customs duties.

For customers located outside of the EU, please be aware that customs duties may be applicable.

RETURNS

Can i return my order?

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item, specifically for customers within the European Union (EU).

Please note that we are unable to process returns for customers located outside the EU.
